Fitment: Suits 2002–2005 Hilux 1KZ-TE models with the higher-rise section in the bonnet only. Top-mount 280 x 240 x 76mm core for these factory non-intercooled vehicles, supplied with a 330 x 420 x 50mm moulded bonnet scoop.
HPD 4WD intercooler kits are designed to give amazing performance, reliability, consistent and sustainable power. By reducing inlet temperatures you will also reduce engine running temperatures.
The comprehensive kit has been manufactured with careful research and development. Each kit is vehicle specific with a heat exchanger, alloy mandrel bent piping, quality silicone hoses and fittings.
Our Intercooler Kits are easy to install with basic workshop tools and backed by the HPD team who can help you at any step of the way. With our dealer network Australia wide, you guys that don’t like to get your hands dirty can have your kit installed by a qualified technician. Our top mount intercoolers are suited to vehicles fitted with accessories such as spotlights and winches which would reduce airflow through the front of the vehicle.
HPD intercooler kits suit all the leading aftermarket turbo kits that don’t have an option for intercooling, allowing you to increase the performance, reliability and fuel efficiency of your 4WD.

Pre-Order Information
Items where the “Add to Cart” button is replaced with “Pre-Order” are classified as pre-order items. When placing a pre-order, a warning box will appear outlining the terms and conditions, including the estimated delivery timeframe.
Please keep the following in mind:
Stock is not on hand – we have no control over delivery times until the stock arrives.
Patience is required – pre-ordering secures your item, but fulfilment depends on supplier availability.
High-demand items – pre-orders are the best way to lock in popular products, which often sell out before they even land.
Allow a buffer – please add 2–3 weeks to the provided ETA to account for any unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Pre-ordering ensures you don’t miss out on in-demand products, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as your order is ready to ship.
