Super Heavy Duty kits are a unique heavy-duty organic clutch kit coupled with a dedicated billet steel flywheel which must be fitted as a set. Designed to provide smooth engagement and excellent drivability.
Please note the following before purchasing this kit;
- The ring gear will need to be removed from the old flywheel and installed to the new flywheel using a heat and shrink method.
- Because of the diameter of the clutch being installed, the nose of the starter motor is very close to touching the flywheel. If the starter motor has a rough casting it may need to be cleaned up so it doesn’t foul on the flywheel. Please check after installing the flywheel to make sure the starter motor is not contacting the flywheel.
- The stack height of this clutch kit is the same as factory, however if the incorrect bearing carrier length is used it will cause the clutch to slip or wear prematurely. Please make sure that during installation measurements are taken to ensure adequate clearance is achieved. Please call or email our service team if you are unsure about any of the above.

All orders placed with 4x4 Offroad Centre will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
