Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
We do not accept returns for items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
Warranty
Slimline Design weathershields are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Claims must be supported with photos/videos of the defect and proof of purchase.
If approved, we will provide either a replacement part or store credit.
Installation Notes
All weathershields / window visors come with pre-applied automotive-grade 3M adhesive tape for easy installation — no drilling required.
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust/oil before applying.
Once installed, allow 24 hours for adhesive to fully cure before driving in wet conditions.
Slimline Design is not liable for improper installation or damage caused during self-installation.

Shipping & Tracking Information
All orders placed with 4x4 Offroad Centre will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
If a mobile number is provided at checkout, you will also receive an SMS notification with tracking details when your order is fulfilled. (Landline numbers will not receive text updates.)
Once tracking is issued, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress. Any courier-related issues should be followed up directly with the freight provider. While we’re happy to assist where possible, please note that once an order leaves our warehouse, it is outside of our control.
