Match the mix to the mess (full table below): salt & sand 1:9, mud & red dirt 1:3 to 1:1, coated rigs 1:10. Park in shade, panels cool.

Foam
Blanket the whole vehicle: panels, arches, underbody. Let it dwell 2-3 minutes. Never let it dry on the surface.

Rinse
Pressure-rinse top to bottom in slow overlapping passes. Salt, mud and sand let go without touching the paint.

Underbody
For deep cleans run it at 1:1 or full strength through the Sand Assassin or flusher wand to purge rails and seams, where rust starts.

Yes. At a 1:10 mix or weaker it lifts the salt and grime without touching your protection, so your coating keeps doing its job and your rig still gets the deep clean. Just keep the pressure washer away from PPF edges and you're set.

Match the mix to the mess, straight from our directions: salt & sand 1:9 (dwell 2-3 min), mud & red dirt 1:3 to 1:1, road grime 1:9 to 1:5 with a mitt pass at 1:9, ceramic/PPF/wraps 1:10 (dwell 1-1.5 min), underbody deep cleans 1:1 or full strength. At the everyday 1:9 mix that's about 100ml a wash: 1L = ~10 washes, 5L = ~50, 20L = ~200 (heavier mud mixes use more). Never let it dry on the surface, skip the direct sun, and store it with the lid tight out of the heat.
Salt, sand, mud, red dirt, road grime, bugs, oil and stubborn stains, each with its own mix from the table above. Fresh grime: foam, dwell, rinse, gone. Baked-on bugs, bird poo and months-old road film want one extra pass with a sudsed-up microfibre mitt, and stubborn underbody stains get a full-strength spray and 30 seconds. Heavy caked-on brake dust responds faster to our dedicated Wheel Wizard.
Straight answer: no wash removes existing rust, and we won't pretend otherwise. What Salt Exterminator does is stop the cycle that causes it: it dissolves the salt feeding the corrosion and leaves rust inhibitors working on the surface after you rinse. Treat existing rust with a rust converter first, then keep it from coming back with Salt Exterminator every wash and Chassis Shield underneath.
