Keep your Ford ranger Super Duty V6 engine’s intake system clean and operating at maximum effciency for longer with an Australian made HPD Catch Can kit. CNC machined from solid billet alloy, the HPD oil catch can / oil air separator is fitted between the crankcase vent and the air intake to capture oil mist and contaminants before they reach the intake system to combine with exhaust soot from the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system to create a sticky mix of soot and oil that, over time ‘gunks up’ the inside of the intake system, intercooler and valves. This can serverley restrict airflow through the engine and lead to poor performance and bad fuel economy.
Benefits of Fitting a HPD Catch Can on a Ford Ranger Super Duty
Engine Longevity & Cleanliness
-
Reduces oil and soot buildup in the intake manifold and intercooler, which can otherwise restrict airflow and reduce efficiency.
-
Keeps inlet ports, valves, and sensors cleaner, which helps maintain smooth running and proper sensor readings.
-
Protects turbocharger bearings by stopping oil vapour contamination.
Performance & Efficiency
-
Helps maintain power output and fuel economy by ensuring cleaner airflow and reducing fouling of key components.
-
Reduces exhaust smoke and potential deposits under load.
Practical & Maintenance Advantages
-
Easy to inspect and service — simply drain collected oil as part of regular maintenance.
-
Can delay or reduce need for costly intake cleaning that many diesel owners experience without a catch can.

Pre-Order Information
Items where the “Add to Cart” button is replaced with “Pre-Order” are classified as pre-order items. When placing a pre-order, a warning box will appear outlining the terms and conditions, including the estimated delivery timeframe.
Please keep the following in mind:
Stock is not on hand – we have no control over delivery times until the stock arrives.
Patience is required – pre-ordering secures your item, but fulfilment depends on supplier availability.
High-demand items – pre-orders are the best way to lock in popular products, which often sell out before they even land.
Allow a buffer – please add 2–3 weeks to the provided ETA to account for any unforeseen delays beyond our control.
