Fitment: Suits Next Gen Ford Ranger and Everest (2022 onwards) with the 3.0L V6 diesel and automatic transmission. Bar and plate core 400 x 110 x 50mm with 10mm hoses.
Todays 4×4’s and SUV’s have an exhaustive range of additional upgrades and equipment of offer. Most of these items add substantial weight to the vehicle, combine that with a towing scenario and you have a situation where the vehicle transmission is loaded with the job of moving around thousands of kilos of weight on an ongoing basis.
Transmission temps rise and you run the risk of doing significant damage to one of the most expensive components within your vehicle.
So how does one reduce the risk of this scenario whilst still enjoying the freedom of a fully kitted out 4×4 on the open road?
Fit an HPD Trans Cooler is the simple answer.
The HPD Trans’ Cooler Kits do just that. Reduce Transmission temperatures and keep your Trans happy when the going gets tough. Using the same methodology incorporated into every HPD Intercooler kit, the HPD Transmission Cooler kits are designed to suit winch fitted vehicles, facilitate easy fitment, offer good ground clearance and high airflow to maximize performance.
Tailored to suit individual applications, the individual kits incorporate stainless steel bracketry, quality hose and fittings, full instructions and a high efficiency core that delivers the type of results you would expect in high end motorsport applications. How do we know these cores are so good? We measure the results in field testing and back to back those results with the OEM product.

Pre-Order Information
Items where the “Add to Cart” button is replaced with “Pre-Order” are classified as pre-order items. When placing a pre-order, a warning box will appear outlining the terms and conditions, including the estimated delivery timeframe.
Please keep the following in mind:
Stock is not on hand – we have no control over delivery times until the stock arrives.
Patience is required – pre-ordering secures your item, but fulfilment depends on supplier availability.
High-demand items – pre-orders are the best way to lock in popular products, which often sell out before they even land.
Allow a buffer – please add 2–3 weeks to the provided ETA to account for any unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Pre-ordering ensures you don’t miss out on in-demand products, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as your order is ready to ship.
