Shipping & Tracking Information
All orders placed with 4x4 Offroad Centre will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
If a mobile number is provided at checkout, you will also receive an SMS notification with tracking details when your order is fulfilled. (Landline numbers will not receive text updates.)
Once tracking is issued, it is the customerās responsibility to monitor delivery progress. Any courier-related issues should be followed up directly with the freight provider. While weāre happy to assist where possible, please note that once an order leaves our warehouse, it is outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery timeframe, please email info@4x4oc.com, and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
We partner with multiple shipping providers to ensure the fastest and most suitable delivery method for your order. Common carriers include:
Australia Post Regular & Express
StarTrack
DHL International
Toll Ipec
TNT
Other trusted couriers as required
Some larger or bulky items may ship directly from the supplier to:
Reduce double handling
Minimise delivery times
Lower our overall carbon footprint
The courier used will be displayed on your checkout page and in your tracking notifications (email and SMS).
Important Notes:
Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and are based on business days only.
Delays outside our control may occasionally occur.
For any shipping enquiries, please donāt hesitate to contact our team. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, professional, and hassle-free delivery experience every time.
Pre-Order Information
Items where the āAdd to Cartā button is replaced with āPre-Orderā are classified as pre-order items. When placing a pre-order, a warning box will appear outlining the terms and conditions, including the estimated delivery timeframe.
Please keep the following in mind:
Stock is not on hand ā we have no control over delivery times until the stock arrives.
Patience is required ā pre-ordering secures your item, but fulfilment depends on supplier availability.
High-demand items ā pre-orders are the best way to lock in popular products, which often sell out before they even land.
Allow a buffer ā please add 2ā3 weeks to the provided ETA to account for any unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Pre-ordering ensures you donāt miss out on in-demand products, and weāll keep you updated as soon as your order is ready to ship.
