PRICED PER PAIR. INCLUDES REQUIRED CONVERSION STEERING RACK ENDS.
SUITS ALL 2005 ON 4wd HILUX MODELS.
Get rid of your weak tie rod ends and add some alloy goodness to your front end!
Our alloy extensions are CNC machined from 7075 Aluminium which is used on rockets and shit, so you know it's tough. We then hard anodize it to keep it looking pretty.
To fit into your spindle, we machine our tapered bolts from 300M which is a proprietary Chromoly alloy, commonly used in axles for ultra high power applications. It is then electroplated for rust prevention.
To allow maximum articulation, we have used a massive DFI 7/8 LH Heim joint for smooth, slop free steering.
We have used a LH thread on the Heim end, so when your tyre shop is doing an alignment they don't need to remove the pin and saves your uprights taper from flogging out.
Finally, you get a nice shiny M12 10.9 nylon flange nut, to ensure your not left holding the wheel with a loose rod end.
To make this kit work on Hilux, we also include a pair of new steering rack ends, which are shorter allowing for the extra length of our HD alloy arm.

Pre-Order Information
Items where the “Add to Cart” button is replaced with “Pre-Order” are classified as pre-order items. When placing a pre-order, a warning box will appear outlining the terms and conditions, including the estimated delivery timeframe.
Please keep the following in mind:
Stock is not on hand – we have no control over delivery times until the stock arrives.
Patience is required – pre-ordering secures your item, but fulfilment depends on supplier availability.
High-demand items – pre-orders are the best way to lock in popular products, which often sell out before they even land.
Allow a buffer – please add 2–3 weeks to the provided ETA to account for any unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Pre-ordering ensures you don’t miss out on in-demand products, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as your order is ready to ship.
