Safari Snorkels

This collection is our full Safari snorkel range for Australian 4WDs and utes. Each kit is designed for a particular vehicle, so the snorkel follows the lines of the guard and pillar.

Who fits a snorkel?

• Dirt road travellers: drawing air from roof height reduces the dust reaching your air filter on long gravel runs.
• Tourers who cross creeks: a raised intake helps keep water out of the engine on crossings.
• Hot-climate drivers: air at roof height is often cooler than air from the engine bay.

Choosing your Safari kit

Snorkels are specific to the model, body and engine, and sometimes change at a facelift. Add your vehicle with the vehicle finder to see the kit listed for it, then check the years and engine notes on the product page.

Fitting and maintenance

Fitting usually involves cutting the guard using the supplied template. Seal every joint so the system stays airtight, and check the clamps from time to time. Clean the air ram head after very dusty trips.
