Ford Courier Exhaust Upgrade suit 2.5L Turbo Diesel (1996–2006)
Upgrade your Ford Courier’s restrictive factory exhaust with this high-performance PPD Performance 3' stainless steel system. Designed specifically for the 1996–2006 2.5L Turbo Diesel Courier, this system unleashes the rugged sound and performance it should’ve had from factory.
Choose between a high-flow muffler option for everyday use, or a straight-through configuration for maximum performance and sound. All variants deliver proven gains, improved throttle response, and a deep tone.
Turboback Exhaust Specifications:
- 3' 304-grade polished stainless steel piping (1.5mm thick)
- Turbo dump pipe with internal welds for optimal flow
- Includes 1/8 NPT EGT port
- Mandrel bent, TIG welded for durability
- 2-bolt and V-band flanges for true bolt-on installation
- Fire Ring gaskets and bolts included
- Heavy-duty dual-mount hangers for added strength
Designed to handle harsh off-road conditions and resist saltwater corrosion — a massive upgrade over mild-steel alternatives.
NOTE: 2WD NZ models may require modification around the torsion bar.

All orders placed with 4x4 Offroad Centre will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
If a mobile number is provided at checkout, you will also receive an SMS notification with tracking details when your order is fulfilled. (Landline numbers will not receive text updates.)
Once tracking is issued, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress. Any courier-related issues should be followed up directly with the freight provider. While we’re happy to assist where possible, please note that once an order leaves our warehouse, it is outside of our control.
