Now on the bumper here we are taking the indicator and the fog light off because they're both relocating into the bull bar taking off the sensors taking off the housings because they're also going to relocate into the bull bar so let's do that now to remove a sensor you pry the two sides out pull up and then we're gonna reuse the housing so we're gonna push the housing through the front all right crash bar you got your bolt there there on both sides and we're gonna reuse these bolts so you push the sensors housings in from the front and they clip into place then we're to go all the way remove these retaining brackets here either side with a 10mm socket these bumper retainer brackets on the outside near the headlight we are going to remove that you got the bolt and the screw there and the clip here um you can get behind the clip here pinch it to pull it off uh there is a little bracket that is going to connect the headlight to these bolt because that is how you secure the edge of the headlight so we're going to replace it we're going to put the retaining clip in for the headlight here's a little clip basically goes like that reuse the factory bolt on the bottom and we're going to use the m6 up top i'll show you one i've prepared earlier there you go. We're also wiring in the driving lights i'm not going to include that in the video but we've used a steady piggyback harness to make our lives a lot easier it's in the way of the bumper so you see we've marked it up and we're going to cut along there easiest way is obviously to remove it so you got those clips there up the top so we'll remove the whole way guard now and guide back on now that's trimmed put all the clips back in and we're going to remove those brackets either side with a 10 millimeter fog light in the indicator in its bracket here's your fog light and your indicator and using m6 button head cap screw put those in now we've got the lights in they mount from the back the m6's so that then goes on here and then we are gonna loosely put these m8s top down and leave them loose then we'll slide that in there and like that and then put the whole thing into the bar all right so here it is and again slide that bad boy in there and now we're gonna put it in the bar carl's gonna do that for me there you go dude nuts in this is how they fit in sometimes you can do them by hand and sometimes you need to put a screwdriver from underneath twist it just to open the legs up a little bit that's how they're going now we'll put the fog light uh sort of assembly put it in. So you're making sure the bottom tabs go on the outside like that and we feed the nuts in through the back and i'll show you one we've done before and the nuts through the front this one shares that that and that nut and that's how it looks this one is getting a stealth hoop so we're going to put the offer animal light on fit the supplied brackets hoop slot that in bolt through from there and then we're actually going to fit this to the top of the bull bar and fit the next light before it goes on the count's on first is a recovery point so we're going to put a bolt through there with the nut plates sorry the nut on a stick and then wait there so we put a nut plate underneath there which is that one and you'll see it's got an m10 on the right and m12 on the left put it in like that way up and we put the bolts in we've got the sensors in and the wires are good now we're going to put driving light in the bar next all right we got the light in tidy up the wires use these points to cable tie the wires and then we're going to put on the metal grille up top and the stealth hoop time to put the mount on so we're going to lift the mount up to the chassis and reuse the factory bolts to hold it in place basically like that and then the intanes are going to go there and underneath. Alll right now we need to measure between the bar 780 and the bar goes on the inside of the mounts so we need to be about a couple mil wider so we adjust the mounts left and right until we're about two to three mil wider than the bar and then we tighten everything in all right we've got the top hoop on see the bolts in for it and now we're gonna put the back grille on so you see the little holes there put some m6's there just finishing the top grill we're going to put the factory grille back on so place this here put our clips in the outside put our top one on and i screw right through the middle all right time to put the bar on we cheat with a fancy table you can just lift it with people but the table makes it nice and easy pretty much one person can do it pump it up lift it to where it needs to go and we've already adjusted the mounts so we can just slide it on and then uh start putting some bolts in and then we're gonna angle it so we have or position it so 15 to 20 ml gap all the way around so that we don't have any issues with the bar contacting the body. Okay we've got the bar in position you want about a 15 to 20 ml gap everywhere so you can see you don't hit the body on the mounts on the bull bar sorry put your bolts inside now it's time to put the winch in so we're doing a worn vr evo inch with the negative cable on and you're just going to throw the cables through there put the winch in feet down put the bolts in easy go all right here's how to put the winch in just throw your cables out the back that easy now put the bolts in from underneath and run our cables to the battery and the winch is mounted and then we'll do the fair lead onto the center mesh panel so we're gonna mount the fairlead onto the mesh panel and then put the number plate on before we install on the bar all right we've got the fairlead on the number plate flip tension up the nylocks there so this can stay and hold in position we do include an eye clip as well so you can hold it in the down position or the up position if you worry about the nylocks put the mesh on so basically you'll feed your rope through your fairlead and then we're going to have two bolts go from underneath there and the two button head cap screws are going to go up there. All right so the mesh panel is for center mesh panels in now the outside one goes in you see that lip there it goes on the inside of the bar don't make that mistake and call us and say it doesn't fit it does fit putting the one bolt up here leave those two bare for now and it's an m8 by 16 button head cap screw which is there so we leave the bottom ones uh with no bolts at the moment because the bash plate shares that bolt and that will be going on next all right time to put on the bash plate so we'll hold the batch plate up those two line up with those two m8 button head cap screws can't really do it with one hand so i'll do it off camera before we put the bash plate on we're gonna remove that inside bolt there as it's shared with the batch plate all right we have the batch plate on and we're going to refit the factory bash plate underneath with the original screws and the lights working okay so we're going to put the under panels on first we're going to start by cutting the wheel liner as you can see just about there which is right at the top so just enough clearance that little section out there right behind the bar so you can hold it up. Ao we removed that bolt on the top outside mount because that is going to hold the inside of the under panel so you lift the under panel up rest it on the top of the mount over there hold it in position and you can see you'll follow the line to cut the inner liner and you leave it a tiny bit long so the inner liner can be held in by the outside panel we'll do that now yep mark the bottom there to cut and the easiest way to cut this is just a sharp razor blade and if you give it a little bit of a pull while you cut it it comes pretty easy obviously be careful don't cut yourself that is fully trimmed now we'll hold the panel up and start putting some screws in m6 by 16 button head cap screws go here straight into the cages remember if the cage is a bit tight you can't get the bolt in use a flathead screwdriver to open up the feet. We're going to put on the logo plate and the compliance plate i generally put the compliance plate on the mount on the side where it fits nice not in your face and the logo plate right at the top just going to peel that backing off and do that just about there nice that is where i put the compliance plate on the side we're finished in the flesh outside parking sensors work tested winch works tested that's it enjoy\",\n \"productionCompany\": {\n \"@type\": \"Organization\",\n \"name\": \"Offroad Animal\",\n \"logo\": \"https:\/\/cdn11.bigcommerce.com\/s-w4mtqvkop6\/stencil\/42d48140-e2ff-013e-d7dc-6aae4cf9dfab\/e\/369f0b80-0a2f-013f-d7bf-165055a9d471\/img\/logo-white.png\"\n },\n \"about\": {\n \"@type\": \"Product\",\n \"name\": \"Toro Bull bar, Isuzu Dmax 2021 to 2023\",\n \"image\": \"https:\/\/cdn11.bigcommerce.com\/s-w4mtqvkop6\/images\/stencil\/1280x1280\/products\/284\/3742\/pcor__44912.1685529832.jpg?c=2\",\n \"description\": \"Isuzu has stepped up their game.
